Proficiency in electronic health records (e.g., PointClickCare, SigmaCare). Work Conditions Work performed in a skilled nursing facility environment. Requires standing and walking for extended periods and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. May require evening, night, weekend, or holiday shifts. Must be able to travel between Bronx facilities if needed.
