Make a difference in the lives of our patients as a Registered Nurse at CentraCare’s Melrose Hospital! As a Registered Nurse, you will be at the forefront of patient care, utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Your role is crucial in ensuring that each patient receives the highest standard of care. In this role, you will direct and coordinate nursing care for patients, adhering to established nursing practice standards, you will work with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective and efficient patient care to achieve optimal outcomes and oversee the care provided to assigned patients, ensuring compliance with current standards, guidelines and regulations. As a Registered Nurse with the Melrose Hospital, you will be trained in Med/Surg, ER and OB. Schedule Part-time | 48 hours every two weeks | Melrose Hospital Rotating day and night shifts | 7:00 am – 7:30 pm, 10:00 am - 10:30 pm and 7:00 pm – 7:30 am Every third weekend | Rotating holidays Pay and Benefits Pay based on experience and degree Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour Master’s in nursing starting at $43.43 per hour Pay range: $41.34 - $62.01 per hour $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates!
