Has a Collaborative Practice Agreement with a physician and designated protocols if less than 3600 hours experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner. OR Has a Collaborative Relationship with a physician based on employment in clinical practice in the NP role at Mount Sinai Hospital. If there is a documented work history as a Nurse Practitioner with greater than 3600 practice hours. Please note all NPs regardless of their status will be placed on an FPPE initially) Education: Master's degree program designed to prepare a NP to diagnose, treat, and prescribe for a patients condition that fall within their specialty area of practice or the successful completion of an approved supplemental education program, i.e., post-master's NP certificate.
