About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide face-to-face patient visits and clinical oversight throughout our North Jersey service area. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered hospice care while supporting compliance with regulatory requirements and collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team.
