CentraState Medical Center currently has an opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) within the Flexible Staffing Unit. The RN delivers culturally sensitive, patient-centered care in accordance with ANA standards, the New Jersey Nurse Practice Act, The Joint Commission, and CentraState’s policies and procedures. Utilizing evidence-based practice and the nursing process, the RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
