Training & Competency 1 Facilitate onboarding and training of new clinical staff, ensuring completion of required competencies. 2 Organize ongoing training and competency assessments for existing staff. 3 Maintain accurate records of training completion and competency evaluations. Performance Management 1 Assist the Practice/Office Manager in preparing and conducting annual performance reviews. 2 Provide input on staff performance based on direct observation and feedback. 3 Support staff development through goal setting and performance improvement plans. QUALIFICATIONS 1. Current Ohio LPN license. 2. Two years previous experience. 3. Current CPR Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of orientation. 4. Completion of an approved pharmacology course. 5. Ability to communicate effectively in an oral and written manner, as well as the ability to observe, assess, guide, and evaluate others. 6.
