Perform thorough nursing assessments, including physical and mental health evaluations. Accurately document medication administration and nursing assessments, adhering to service line standards. Conduct medication administration reviews and ensure house stock of medications is monitored. Communicate effectively with clients regarding medication inquiries and manage refill requests.
