The Director of Nursing will be responsible for directing and monitoring the facility-wide quality management assessment and quality performance improvement program, ensuring the facility programs follow all regulatory agencies, JOINT COMMISSION, NAPPH and State and Federal agencies. In addition, the Director of Nursing will be responsible for coordination of all staffing requirements within the nursing department, including scheduling staff, monitoring changes, updating, and reporting bi-weekly time reporting to payroll.
