Serenity Hospice provides caring and compassionate hospice care services to patients and families throughout New Jersey. Serenity Hospice is looking to add a dedicated and compassionate RN Case Manager to delivering exceptional care, comfort and support to patients. They will develop plans for individual needs, perform regular check-ups and communicate with family members as needed. This role will oversee the Camden City areas.
