Preparing for and providing meaningful contributions to the rehab team conferences, patient care conferences, utilization review meetings, family conferences, and caregiver training sessions. Working with a facility to teach documentation practices which assist the respiratory therapy team. Communicating effectively with discharge planners. 4. Registered Nurse (RN) Risk Manager Requirements/Qualifications: RN with valid NY License and prefer two (2) years’ experience as DON, ADON, or MDS in a long term care center. Completion of post-secondary education and be able to read, write, and follow oral and written directions. Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance as requires. Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish this position. Must be able to adjust to a flexible schedule to include evenings, nights and weekend work hours.
