Clinical Nursing Student - St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital Job Summary: The Clinical Nursing Student provides direct patient care under the guidance of the Registered Nurse or designated healthcare professional in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and within the policies, procedures, and guidelines of Bon Secours Mercy Health. The Clinical Nursing Student role is designed to provide clinical experience and exposure through both job shadowing of the Registered Nurse (RN) and provision of care appropriate to scope and at the delegation of the RN. Essential Functions: Under direction of the RN, supports the nurse in the application of the nursing process.
