Previous experience completing MDS assessments in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. Thorough knowledge of the RAI process, CMS regulations, and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement. Strong assessment, documentation, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
