We are currently looking for a Nurse Resident for our 3 North unit at Moffitt Cancer Center Magnolia. This 22‑bed tele med‑surg unit with all private rooms. Our patient population ranges from young adults to older adults, and we care for two specialty groups: NucRad patients, who receive IV nuclear medicine treatments for ocular melanoma and Brachy patients, who receive pinpointed radiation therapy and typically have a short length of stay. Overall, our patients are those undergoing treatment who’ve experienced a setback and need additional support. In the event the employee does not successfully complete the Nurse Residency Program or thereafter the commitment of two (2) full years of employment in the Cancer Center after completion of the program, employee agrees to refund the Cancer Center a pro-rated amount of the cost for the program.
