RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN RN SUPERVISOR: Administrating treatments and documentation Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs. Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis. Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs. All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing. QUALIFICATIONS OF AN RN SUPERVISOR: Must have an active Certification as an RN in the state of PA Minimum two years of experience is required As a Rosemont Center employee, you will receive benefits including PTO, Health Insurance, Dental and Vision Insurance. 
Assists the RN by performing patient care activities delegated to the unlicensed nursing support staff as well as additional specific functions for which he/she has been prepared. Incorporates the concepts of the Hospital's Customer Service Program into all aspects of patient care activities. Accountable to the Nurse Manager or designee for all activities. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Trade School Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant Program or current Nursing student with satisfactory completion of at least one clinical rotation Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required Experience 1 year experience in a Nursing Assistant role Preferred Licenses Basic Life Support Required
