Job Overview The RN Inbound Coordinator directs the campus destination of patients arriving to the Emergency Department (ED) via ambulance, nursing facilities, and physician office practices/Urgent Care clinics. Exceeds expectations for experience of callers in all communication methods (verbal or written). Participates in performance improvement projects. Communicates and coordinates effectively with other disciplines such as Communications Specialists, Charge Nurses, and ED Providers. May be required to perform independent clinical assessments.
