Utilizes all resources and guidelines at his/her disposal to effectively assess, prioritize, advise, schedule appointments, or refer calls when necessary to the appropriate medical facility or personnel. Accurately documents symptoms/complaints, nursing assessment, advice provided and patient/caller response.
