Support emergency preparedness and hospital response efforts , serving as a key nursing leadership resource during emergencies and unexpected events. Collaborate with physicians, nursing leaders, hospital administration, and interdisciplinary teams to resolve operational and patient care concerns. Promote a strong culture of patient safety, accountability, and clinical excellence . Round throughout the hospital to assess patient care needs, engage with patients and staff, and identify opportunities for improvement. Support patient flow by collaborating with Capacity Management, Admissions, Environmental Services, and clinical departments.
