Duties Description The candidate will clinically oversee a cluster of nurses and be responsible for multiple sites and may function as a RN1 as needed. Ensure nursing case management of multiple locations; caseload based on medical acuity. Oversee and supervise RNs and LPNs who will supervise the AMAP staff in providing Direct Support Assistants health care per the nurse Act Exemption. Ensure all medical follow-up is done timely. Monitor/Complete nursing audit for the cluster, work closely with the Nursing Supervisor / Director of Nursing and Team to review findings, and develop a plan of correction. Monitors individuals’ medical/health needs and services. Interacts with primary medical specialists, hospitals, and various clinical staff as necessary. Advocate for individuals’ health care needs.
