Performs human resources responsibilities for staff which includes coaching on performance, completes performance reviews and overall staff morale. Recommends hiring, compensation changes, promotions, corrective action decisions, and terminations. Responsible for understanding and adhering to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and for ensuring that personal actions, and the actions of employees supervised, comply with the policies, regulations and laws applicable to the organization's business. Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required: Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices, and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 6 months unless department leader has determined it is not required. Education Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing. Experience Required: Typically requires 3 years of experience in clinical nursing, which includes experience in management of staff and clinical oversight. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Demonstrated leadership skills including problem solving, decision making, prioritization, team building, customer service, and conflict resolution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously. Must be detail oriented and well organized. Intermediate computer skills. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Generally exposed to a normal office environment. Position requires travel. May be exposed to road and weather hazards.
