ADA Essential Functions Job Qualification Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, preferred. Must be enrolled in an accredited program within 24 months of employment, if hired after September 1, 2010 and obtain a BSN degree within five (5) years of employment date. Behavior Technician Responsibilities Work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy. Follow treatment plans designed to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills. Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors. Build strong, consistent relationships with children and families. Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions. Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
