Shift Type: Every other weekend 7 am - 7 pm & 7 pm - 7 am Benefits: PTO Great work environment 4,000 Sign-On Bonus Available RN Supervsior As an RN SUPERVISOR, the expectations would be: Completion of nursing assessments, transfers, discharges, treatment plans, progress notes, medication reconciliation, medication administration, and vitals. Conveys accurate information in a supportive and courteous manner to the unit nursing staff Seeks out supervision and direction from a physician. Assist the medical doctor as needed Attend and actively participate in departmental staff meetings. Maintain confidentiality and proper boundaries. Orientation of new employees to unit-specific policies and procedures Must have Knowledge of HIPAA laws, confidentiality, state licensing regulations, CPR, AED, and First Aid. Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff Support to the Director of Nursing and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned RN SUPERVISOR Qualifications: Licensed as a Registered Nurse RN by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. CPR Certification Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing. Qualifications for RN Supervisor: Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania. Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required. Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required. No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
