Administer medications, including oral, intramuscular, SubQ, and topical, as ordered by the provider. Ensure proper documentation of all patient care activities. Stock exam rooms with necessary supplies, check for expired items, and manage waste appropriately. Participate in OSHA compliance programs and contribute to performance improvement initiatives. Foster a respectful and courteous environment for patients and staff alike. Collaborate within a primary care medical home model to deliver comprehensive care. Attend safety training programs and adhere to established safety protocols. Maintain work areas and equipment in compliance with Legacy and governmental standards. Report any safety concerns promptly and follow exposure control plans as required. Demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment to ensure a safe work environment.
