Prepares patients for tests and procedures. Provides education to patients and families. Maintains accurate documentation in the electronic medical record {EMR). Collaborates closely with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless delivery of care. Serves as a clinical liaison for special populations, navigating unique needs and expectations of VIP clientele. Participates in process improvement efforts to elevate concierge program operations.
