PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The professional registered nurse Inpatient RN CAP 2 may be an entry level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) for new employees who meet the RN CAP 2 criteria or attained through advancement from CAP 1. You will provide compassionate, one-on-one personal care and companionship to seniors and individuals in their own homes, allowing them to live with dignity, comfort, and independence. Our caregivers work alongside our Lead Care Manager to deliver the highest level of care, from assistance with activities of daily living to emotional support and companionship.
