Nurse Unit Manager Alliance at Coleman is a 45-bed non-profit skilled nursing facility with an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse to join our management team as the Nurse Unit Manager. We are looking for someone who is compassionate and can effectively communicate with residents, families, visitors, co-workers, physicians, and other employees. As the nursing supervisor, you direct the total nursing care activities in the facility during each of shift of duty under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services to ensure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times. Required Qualifications: Graduate of approved nursing school Current Massachusetts nursing license BCLS Current CPR certification Knowledge of ambulatory care nursing for adult and/or pediatric illnesses Knowledge of EMR, scheduling and word processing software Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
