CNA Qualifications: A graduate of an accredited high school or GED is preferred. Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification; having successfully completed a State approved training program and necessary examination. BENEFITS: (Full Time) Medical Dental Vision PTO (Paid Time Off) Uniform Allowance Overtime Available CNA Course Reimbursement Available (ask for more details) RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist Residents with performing basic tasks such as eating, dressing, showers and toileting when necessary Respond to calls from patients for assistance or treatment and alert medical staff to pending emergency situations · Encourage all residents to get exercise and participate in scheduled activities Engage in housekeeping tasks such as replacing linens on beds, cleaning patient rooms and removing and replacing trash bag Work with dining room personnel to ensure that all residents get the correct meals and that all residents can eat to the best of their ability SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: Minimum High School Diploma/GED Active CNA License in New Jersey Able to Communicate Clearly in English Verbally and in Writing Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills Strong Bedside Manner Ability to work together in Supporting a Team Atmosphere Warren Haven Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer
