Position Summary : We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated RN to join our team as the Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS) and Infection Control Nurse. This dual-role position combines leadership in nursing administration and infection prevention supporting the facility’s commitment to providing high-quality care in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Key Responsibilities : Infection Control Duties Oversee the facility’s infection prevention and control program, ensuring adherence to protocols and compliance with all regulatory standards. Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
