Location: Arlington, TX 76015 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-Time) Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one in-home care for a client in Arlington. This role focuses on personal care support, mobility assistance, and working alongside a skilled nursing team to ensure the client’s comfort and safety. Key Responsibilities: Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide mobility support, including use of sit-to-stand equipment (also functions as a Hoyer lift) Reposition/turn client every 2 hours to prevent pressure injuries Assist with meal preparation and light support during mealtimes Support wound care by following care instructions provided by the Registered Nurse (wound care nurse visits 2–3 times per week) Monitor and report any changes in condition to supervising nurse/agency Important Note on Wound Care: This position involves assisting with wound care under the direction of a Registered Nurse . Tasks are limited to maintaining cleanliness and following established care plans. All care must remain within CNA scope of practice and agency policy.
