Position Overview We are seeking an experienced (2-3+ years) Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join two busy, well-established outpatient Family Medicine practices serving both pediatric and adult patients. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity with two days per week providing patient-facing care in clinic and three days per week working remotely. Remote responsibilities will include telehealth visits and in-basket coverage as needed. This position is 100% outpatient and offers outstanding clinical and administrative support within a collaborative primary care environment. Qualified candidates must be board certified, eligible for licensure in the State of New York, and have prior experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family medicine, primary care, pediatrics, internal medicine, or a related outpatient setting. This opportunity is not open to Physician Assistants or new graduate applicants.
