The RN Clinic Supervisor provides leadership and management of the InnovAge clinic. They are responsible for the supervision of assigned staff providing guidance and monitoring the performance of the clinic staff and the direct care given to the participants. The Clinic Nurse Supervisor is familiar with a variety of the RN, LPN, MA, Outside Scheduler, Clinic Clerk, PCW and CNA practices and department procedures and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
