Medication Dispensing: Dispense and administer prescribed medications to patients with opioid use disorder while maintaining flawless accountability, record-keeping, and documentation. Patient Assessment: Assess patients within the LPN scope of practice; verify and assess the last methadone dose for patients returning from hospitals, detox facilities, or other care settings. Clinical Teamwork: Carry out orders from MDs and PAs, assist during crises or medical emergencies, and participate in clinic meetings and interdisciplinary case conferences. Care Coordination: Assist in the coordination of medication deliveries for appropriate patients as indicated by clinical management. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain thorough knowledge of all state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, program policies, and strict HIPAA confidentiality requirements. Client Relations: Establish strong rapport and trusting relationships with clients and counselors, serving as a positive role model while delivering care with empathy and respect.
