Evaluate and manage common menopause-related concerns, including vasomotor symptoms, mood changes, weight and metabolic concerns, cognitive symptoms, and other manifestations of menopause, within the APP’s scope of practice. Collaborate with referring OB/GYN provider when patients present with complex symptoms or require care beyond the scope of the virtual menopause program. Identify and appropriately refer non-menopause-related medical concerns to patient’s OB/GYN, primary care provider, or other appropriate specialist rather than managing conditions outside the scope of the program.
