Education, Training and Previous Experience Requirements: Current New York State LPN certification Minimum of one year experience in an outpatient medical practice office; preferably in the surgical field Current CPR certification Knowledge and Skills Needed to Perform Effectively in the Position: Ability to interact compassionately with a diverse group of patients. Excellent communications skills including written and verbal. Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Good time management skills Ability to operate computer equipment sufficiently enough to complete job tasks. Ability to learn and apply software necessary to accurately complete job tasks, including EPIC.
