Requirements Education High School graduate or equivalent (i.e. GED) required Graduate of a Medical Assistant program accredited by a recognized accrediting organization (i.e. Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs, Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools) with on the job experience and training OR Graduate of a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) program accredited by a national health services organization (i.e. American Medical Technologists) with on-the-job experience and training and passing the RMA certification exam. Experience Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred. Passed X-Ray Operator’s examination, or willing to take exam according to individual clinic needs. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient manner. Knowledge of a skill in using computer software applications.
