Description This is a 0.8 FTE primarily working at our Webster and Frederic clinics with potential to float to other locations when needed. There is currently no evening, weekend or holiday requirements, but this could change with business needs. This person will generally work with our specialty care teams. Hours are generally Monday through Friday 7:40-4:40. Flexibility is greatly appreciated. The Clinician Technician (CMA/LPN) is responsible for planning and managing patient care according to patient need. Responsibilities also include rooming and interviewing patients, recording medical history and physical condition information including taking and recording patient vital signs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of provider and following SCH policies and processes Room patients Assist providers with procedures, examinations or treatments Monitor patient condition during treatments, procedures or activities Cleans medical equipment or instruments Record patient medical histories Prepare medical supplies or equipment for use Collect specimens from patients and prepare for testing Complete appropriate documentation in EMR Provide approved patient education.
