This may include reporting to work ahead of your scheduled date/time due to planned lock down of unit, and staying overnight(s) based on duration of emergency Performs other duties as assigned. Coordinate with other LPN staff members to: Change sterilization solution in each exam room every 28 days Inventory and order all necessary supplies ensuring that the supply is never at zero In a timely manner, upon completion of physician dictation, prepare and disseminate letters to primary care and referring physicians. Prepare employer doctor’s notes and any other correspondence as needed As needed or requested, assist front office with scheduling or rescheduling. As requested by the physician, call patients with test and/or exam results. Promptly complete paperwork as requested by patient or a variety of reasons including FMLA and disability forms.
