Under general supervision, provides program planning development, review, and assessment of clinical and administrative activities; uses critical thinking and independent judgement to direct, coordinate, and supervise an assigned multidisciplinary team; assigns direct report employees to work with clients according to client needs and the skills and strengths of individual team members. What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program and current licensure. Current CPR/BLS certificate. Two (2) years of LVN/LPT/LPN experience in health care environment. One (1) year of supervisory experience. Completion of Telecare assigned Supervisory training within 12 months in lieu of supervisory experience.
