Clinic Nurse Supervisor

The RN Clinic Supervisor provides leadership and management of the InnovAge clinic. They are responsible for the supervision of assigned staff providing guidance and monitoring the performance of the clinic staff and the direct care given to the participants. The Clinic Nurse Supervisor is familiar with a variety of the RN, LPN, MA, Outside Scheduler, Clinic Clerk, PCW and CNA practices and department procedures and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The Clinic Nurse Supervisor in this position works closely with therapy staff, social services, physicians, administrative staff, patients and their families. Participant Nursing – 40% Monitors compliance with all applicable licensing, certification and accreditation requirements. Serves as a member on various committees both within and outside of the agency as requested by the Home Care and Clinic Service Manager.
