Job Overview The Clinical Manager oversees the daily operations of a direct patient care department, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards. This role provides clinical leadership, guiding staff in delivering developmentally appropriate care and evaluating outcomes. The Clinical Manager supports quality and safety initiatives, contributes to organizational goals, and drives improvements in healthcare performance and patient experience.
