RN Clinical Market Float Pool – St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital Primary Function/General Purpose of Position The RN Clinical Float Pool assesses, analyzes, plans, implements and evaluates patient care following established patient care standards for the organization including those for patient assessment and transfer.
