The unit offers 24/7 provider coverage, with NICU staff attending all high-risk deliveries to ensure immediate assessment and stabilization. Infants requiring cardiac interventions or urgent surgical care are promptly transferred to a higher level of specialty care. This collaborative, family-centered unit brings together nurses, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment dedicated to supporting the unique needs of newborns and their families.
