What You'll Do As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care services, including: Conducting complete patient histories and physical examinations Assessing, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic medical conditions Developing individualized treatment plans and coordinating patient care Ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and diagnostic studies Prescribing treatments and monitoring patient progress Providing preventive care and patient health education Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure high-quality, coordinated care Making appropriate referrals to specialists and community resources Triaging patient calls and providing clinical consultation when appropriate Monitoring and managing patient care between visits Participating in community outreach and health education initiatives Maintaining accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program Current New Hampshire Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) license Current DEA registration Eligibility for professional liability insurance coverage through MCH Preferred Qualifications One or more years of experience in a clinical or ambulatory practice setting Skills & Attributes for Success The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Expertise in primary care and evidence-based practice Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to educate and engage patients in their healthcare journey Strong organizational and time management abilities Commitment to teamwork and collaborative care Knowledge of regulatory requirements and scope-of-practice standards A patient-first mindset and passion for community health Working Hours: Full-time Salary: Competitive salary based on experience.
