The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Essential Job Functions Provide direct patient care and formulate a plan of care in collaboration with the physician, nursing staff, and the multidisciplinary health team by privileges approved by the Credentials Committee.
