Documentation Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes in the electronic medical record system. Team Collaboration Work effectively with the surgical team, nursing staff, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. Quality Improvement Participate in quality improvement initiatives, case reviews, and ongoing professional development. Education Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (PA). Certification Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a focus in relevant specialty areas. Experience Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an advanced practice provider, with a preference for experience in breast surgery or oncology.
