Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY This is a non-exempt hourly position that has discretion to make decisions and has access to confidential employee and business information. The purpose of this position is to ensure in collaboration with the Nurse Manager for each neighborhood that safe, appropriate and goal-directed care is provided in a consistent manner, to provide support and direction to nursing staff, and to ensure the implementation of the Medical Staff and Nursing Department policies and procedures.
