The Division of Hematology and Oncology is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join its multidisciplinary team, supporting both the new Chesterfield Pavilion ambulatory practice and VCU Health’s Mobile Oncology Unit. This role will provide comprehensive oncology care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, care coordination, education, and supervision of chemotherapy infusions. As part of the Mobile Oncology Unit, the APP will travel from Richmond to rural FQHC locations across Virginia, working closely with VCU Health oncology physicians through onsite and telehealth collaboration to expand access to high-quality cancer care. The Mobile Oncology Unit will feature 3–4 chemotherapy treatment chairs, an exam room, and telehealth capabilities. Expected mobile clinic hours are approximately 9:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with travel time to and from each site. Hours may vary based on location and clinic needs.
