Provides continuous assessment of the patient’s status, maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the intraoperative record. d. Coordinates surgical counts, specimen handling, and equipment usage according to established standards. e. Anticipates the needs of the surgical team to ensure the procedure progresses efficiently and safely. f. Maintains awareness of environmental safety, including proper patient positioning, equipment checks, and fire safety protocols. g. Participates in surgical debriefs and ensures completion of intraoperative documentation. h. Other duties as assigned. 3. Postoperative Responsibilities: a.
