Demonstrates knowledge and compliance of regulatory requirements, Ethics and Compliance policies and quality initiatives as they relate to the provision of Procedural Services. Resolves staffing problems caused by employee absences, inclement weather or other problems involving shortages, and serves as a resource to coordinate and communicate with other departments regarding availability of equipment, services, staff. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Education: Associate's or Bachelor's (BSN) Degree in Nursing, BSN preferred. Experience: 2 years of patient care experience as a Registered Nurse. License/Certification/Registration: Current Registered Nurse License (RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact Registered Nurse (eNLC)).
