Sign-On Bonus Payout Schedule The sign-on bonus will be paid in three installments as follows: 50% – Paid with the first paycheck. 25% – Paid upon satisfactory completion of ninety (90) days of employment. 25% – Paid upon satisfactory completion of one (1) year of employment. You will perform and supervise day-to-day nursing activities in the provision of direct resident care. You will perform the duties within the scope of practice that you are licensed to perform. All nursing activities must be performed in accordance with federal, state, and local, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility, including the policies and procedures of the organization. Summary of Job Duties: Perform resident assessment through use of direct physical assessment, behavior monitoring, various assessment forms, review of hospital records, laboratory results, resident medical records, and information provided by the interdisciplinary team, resident, and/or the resident's significant others. Monitor residents for changes in condition that may indicate progress or deterioration in the resident's overall status. Notify physicians and families of changes and transcribe orders received.
