Assess, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive educational programs for intraoperative nursing practice across orthopedic, general, bariatric, minimally invasive, and emerging surgical service lines. Support a dynamic OR setting performing 40–50 cases daily across 14 operating rooms, with upcoming expansion including additional OR suites, procedural space, and new specialties such as ENT, ophthalmology, plastics, urology, and gynecology. Collaborate across surgical services, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to develop curriculum and education that supports safe, efficient, and high-quality perioperative care. Facilitate onboarding for experienced nurses transitioning into the OR and support competency development in a technology-driven environment, including robotics and evolving surgical innovations.
